Tusken Raiders, also known as the Sand People, are the main reason why Tatooine colonists are not far from their isolated communities.
Very possessive and aggressive, Tusken Raiders attack at the slightest provocation. They wield a “club” with a deadly blade, also known as a “gaderffii”, and also carry rifles with which they shoot at passing vehicles.
Their means of transportation is the banthas, a long-haired, horned quadruped. These nomads deliberately travel individually to conceal their true numbers.
